...and the award goes to....

I feel like a bit of a heel. Forgive me, y'all, for my blog etiquette is not quite up to par just yet. I've received a few awards from a few blog buddies, and have yet to formally thank them. I just recently realized that I'm now supposed to share the love and pass these lovelies onto other awesome bloggers. Not that I'm awesome or anything...oh, who am I kidding? Of course I am! If I weren't I wouldn't have gotten these awards! (now where's that award for modesty??)

This treat came from Angie of KEEP BELIEVING, whom I feel like I've known for years now.

Wow, this award is heavier than I imagined. Let me see... I can't forget the little people...oh, I seem to have lost my speech, lucky you. I want to pass this one on to a few pals.

And She Can't Even Cook! Kellie is a talented and crafty gal who makes me laugh at every turn. She has an awesome attitude and seems to have so much fun with life.

Are We There Yet? Linda is one of the most talented bloggers out there. She has an amazing writing style, and a heart as big as Texas, although she lives in itty bitty Connecticut.

Full Time in NM Killashandra is multi talented, and I just can't figure out where she finds the time! Her photos are lovely, and her stories of parenthood are so relateable. Another crafty gal, as well.

Live! And in Color Jenny has a way with words that I admire. Her honesty touches me deeply. I feel like if we met, we'd enjoy a cuppa hot tea and a great conversation (this is pure fantasy considering there are 6 kids under age 8 between us.) Her photos are awesome, as well.

Living, Learning, and Loving Simply Aimee has a beautiful blog dedicated to simple living. I find it very inspiring and peaceful. Check it out, you won't regret it.


I received two Daily Dose awards. These came from Killashandra of Full Time in NM and Jenny of Live! And In Color. Killashandra actually gave Jenny the award, as well. Confused? I am.

Xandra started the Daily Dose to celebrate sticking to blogging. As she says,
I’m calling it The Daily Dose award, and it goes to the blogs that I must read every day without fail. Seriously, I might as well mainline new posts…it’s that addictive. I feel acute disappointment when I go to my favorite blogs and find old posts (no pressure here, girls!).
So here’s to all the blogs that you’ve discovered that you can’t possibly live without. They make you laugh, cry, think and feel connected every time you read a post. They give you a thrill as you see them loading into your browser and you get an equally satisfying thrill when you see that they have commented on your blog.

KEEP BELIEVING Angie writes straight from the heart, whether it's about her husbands battle with cancer, or her boys' crazy, hilarious antics. I love this girl.

My Wonderful Life MightyMom shares practical sewing tips, hosts Thesaurus Thursday, and tells us what her three babes are up to. She's wicked smart, too.

Bliss In Bloom Piper is just plain awesome. She's smart, savvy, and is a great mom to two of the cutest boys I've ever seen.

So there you have it! Check out someone new today and don't blame me if you stay up waaay too late reading some awesome stuff.
